About the Site

Magnum Tower Jain Sangh in Lalbaug, Mumbai, serves as a religious and community space for prayers, spiritual discourses, devotional music, festivals, meetings and social gatherings. The venue regularly hosts programmes involving speech, live vocals and music, making clear and dependable audio essential for effective communication and audience participation. A well-planned sound system supports priests, speakers, singers and organisers while ensuring attendees receive a comfortable and consistent listening experience during both daily activities and larger celebrations.

About the Install

Magnum Tower Jain Sangh required a clear and reliable audio system for daily prayers, spiritual discourses, devotional music, announcements and community gatherings. The client wanted speech to remain natural and intelligible, while music and live vocals needed balanced reproduction without excessive volume. The system also had to be simple to operate, flexible enough for different programme formats and dependable during both regular services and larger celebrations. The installation uses two British Acoustics OctaLine 80 H powered loudspeakers for the main audio coverage, managed through a British Acoustics PW Six loudspeaker processor. A British Acoustics Studio Mix 12.6 DFX mixing console handles microphones and playback sources, while the OSL OS 110HH, OSL B1 XL and OSL O 5G support wireless speech, announcements and vocal performances. The completed system delivers clear communication, controlled sound and convenient operation for the Sangh’s varied requirements.
