Located in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, Town Hall Bokaro is a modern civic venue developed to support official meetings, public gatherings, cultural activities, stage performances, and festival-related events. Built under the Chas Municipal Corporation, the facility has been planned as a structured public space that combines functionality with scale, helping the city host a wider range of organised programs with greater ease. The venue spans approximately 71,775 sq. ft. and includes a 120-capacity multipurpose hall, a 50-capacity meeting hall, an open activity space for around 1,000 people, executive spaces, pantry and dining facilities, accessible washrooms, and dedicated parking, making it a substantial and well-rounded addition to Bokaro’s urban infrastructure.
About the Install
Town Hall Bokaro in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand, required a conference room solution that could support formal discussions with clarity, structure, and ease of use. The aim was to create a setting where meetings, presentations, and delegate-led interactions could proceed smoothly, with every speaker heard clearly and every participant able to remain engaged throughout. In a venue like this, the system needed to deliver dependable speech intelligibility while also supporting an organised and professional meeting environment. The installation team delivered a solution centred on speech reinforcement and dedicated conferencing support. The BA Onyx 204 CTW – 4" Expandable Column Speaker - IP64 was used for clear and consistent vocal reproduction, while the BA 2 XL – 2 X 2600W Class H Amplifier and BA 2 XM – 2 X 1500W Class H Amplifier provided the power and stability required for reliable performance. Supporting this setup, the OSL conference products enabled smooth delegate interaction and effective meeting communication. Together, these products created a refined and dependable conference setup for Town Hall Bokaro.
