National Security Guards Regional Centre, Barrackpore

This convention centre is a key location in Rajarhat, West Bengal. It requires a specialized acoustic environment to meet the high standards expected by its patrons and operators.

The National Security Guard moved into their new permanent regional center in new town at Rajarhat. The newly commissioned building is a state-of-the-art facility and will provide a boost in security to not only West Bengal, but the 10 states covered by it. The new town hall project was built at a cost of 162 crore and includes outdoor baffle ranges, and indoor firing range, swimming pool, multiple conference rooms, an obstacle course and a sports complex among other facilities. The entire camp was installed using British Acoustics Speaker solutions. We used over 200 of the CL-8, CL-4, Radial 25TW, VS-8 and Oak 208 speakers, powered by the RT Series & TK Series amplifiers. British Acoustics matrix routing DSP’s were used to achieve paging requirement s across the camp with 16 zones of paging being created.
