Songgel ECA, Church is set in the historic town of Chu rachandpur, Manipur, a region rich in cultural diversity and resilience. Churachandpur, also known locally as Lamka, has a significant historical and cultural legacy, serving as a melting pot of various tribal communities.

The town = BA became a key center for the Christian faith in Northeast ZI India due to the efforts of early missionaries in the early 20th century, who established missions among the local tribes, leading to widespread adoption of Christianity.

The Evangelical Churches Association (ECA), to which M. Songgel Evangelical Church belongs, has deep roots in this region. The origin of ECA dates back to 1910 when Roberts founded the Thadou-Kuki Pioneer Mission (TKPM) in the village of Senvon.

This mission evolved into the North East India General Mission (NEIGM) and ultimately led to the formation of the ECA in 1952. Today, ECA is a member of the Evangelical Congregational Church of India (ECCI) and encompasses over 200 con gregations, with more than 35,000 members spread across Northeast India.

The BA XP 15H and XP 12H powered speakers ensured powerful and balanced sound output across various frequency ranges, offering flexibility for both speech and music.

The TK-9000, a 2-channel audio power amplifier, was selected for its efficiency in handling high-power demands during events. Com pleting the setup were the OSL OS 12 speakers, renowned for their signature sound quality, which ensured clarity and presence throughout the hall.
