About the Install

The conference room at Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) required an audio-conferencing solution capable of supporting structured discussions, senior-level reviews, and formal administrative meetings with absolute clarity and authority.

The client's expectations centred on precise speech intelligibility, disci plined microphone control, and uninterrupted communication during extended meeting hours. With multiple participants actively contributing, it was essential that every voice be heard clearly without repetition or vocal strain.

The system also needed to reflect the organisation’s operational discipline, delivering dependable performance while remaining intuitive for daily use by staff and officials. To meet these requirements, the installation team implemented a digitally man aged conference system architecture focused on stability, control, and consisten cy.

The solution integrates BCS Plus 1CC Chairman Conference Units, enabling effective session moderation, supported by the BCS Plus Server, configured for dual use with service request and voting facilities.

The server features a built-in DSP, feedback suppression, and a one-touch USB conference audio recording function, ensuring clean audio performance and seamless documentation of meetings. The system was carefully configured and tuned to maintain balanced signal flow and uniform audio levels across all seating positions, resulting in a refined conference environment that supports confident decision-making, struc tured interaction, and professional collaboration.
