Party, and let the music and lights keep you dancing all throughout the night.   About the Install : The Nine O Nine Project was an interesting one from an acoustic design perspective. At the forefront, not many challenges were evident. There was ample ceiling height, great aesthetic freedom in terms of speaker placement and well designed and segmented audience areas. The OHM TRS 115’s were selected on FOH duty. These systems are capable of delivering 135 dB SPL with a 60 x 40, concise coverage pattern enabling a longer sound throw over a wide dynamic range (down to 80Hz). These were complimented with the TRS 218’s – the industry standard subwoofer when it comes to nightlife or entertainment venues. These rock solid subs are known to have minimal chases resonance and an impeccable tonal output. The remainder of the venue was covered with multiple stacks of the BRW 28’s. These speakers can achieve a 160-degree dispersion owing to their HF’s being fitted onto a planar wave-guide. Later on, further TRS subwoofers were added to extend the dance floor and add the chest thumping low frequencies. “The install is a clear example why OHM is preferred by nightlife owners for their sound systems.
