ABOUT THE INSTALL:
The directors of the Poult wanted a system that would complement the groovy venue and enhance the experiences of the diners. This system had to be discreet and provide melodic music to the restaurant. After much deliberation, a design was suggested by the installation engineers at VMT.
The OHM BRT-6 and BRS-15 were the focal products of the system. The BRT-6 is a 16-ohm passive, compact trapezoidal, point-source cabinet ideally suited to background music, and infill for portable and fixed installation use. The discreet design with articulated foam front and acrylic textured paint finish and multiple integrated fixing points achieve a high-class look suitable for any application. BRS-15 is a compact, subwoofer, designed for installation With the exceptional low frequency of 45 Hz and fast response time of the 15” driver, the BRS-15 is capable of 135 dB SPL. With discreet installation in mind, the foam-fronted compact design will not look of place on any project.
The British Acoustics Livemix 4 FX was used because these mixing desks introduce unsurpassed simplicity and accuracy to mixing consoles. Livemix 4 FX is a 4 Channel Compact Analogue Mixing Frame with FX that makes it easy to achieve legendary sound. To manage the speakers we used the British Acoustics PW Six and the British Acoustics 2XS amplifier. The system can be controlled using Delta Control Software for a brief setup.

Mumbai (formerly called Bombay) is a densely populated city on India’s west coast. A financial center, it’s India’s largest city. On the Mumbai Harbour waterfront stands the iconic Gateway of India stone arch, built by the British Raj in 1924. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport is about 20 km away from Poult, it takes 45 minutes to reach Poult from airport. Lower Parel Railway Station is about 1.5 km away from the Poult and it takes 7 minutes to reach there.
